At our location in Gaimersheim, Germany, we are looking for a

TECHNICAL LEAD (M/F/D) MOTORSPORTS ENGINEERING

You will

• Lead projects in motorsports & hypercar environment

• Create and coordinate innovative engineering solutions for motorsports & hypercar projects

• Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers and internal teams to ensure project success

• Lead project planning, monitor and provide status updates to C-Level management

• Identify and communicate potential risks and develop contingency plans

Your profile

• Higher educational qualification (BA Sc. or higher) in an engineering discipline

• Technical background (minimum 5 years experience in motorsports engineering or similar)

• Extensive Catia V5 competence gained in a professional working environment

• Organisational, communication and time management skills

• Fluent in business English and German (C1)

• Ability to work in a challenging and dynamic enviroment

• Proficient understanding of project management methods

• Willingness to travel globally

• In possession of a German or EU work permit
